Colour Bible

A book/collection of papers that shows what colour and often the amounts that are needed to mix the desired colour

Scumble

a thin, opaque coat of paint or layer of shading applied to give a softer or duller effect. The effect produced by scumbling.

Wash

A heavily diluted layer of paint [often with water or glaz] meant to provide a translucent layer and add dimension to the work

I am a 20 year old collage studant in my second year at Humber Polytechnic for their Technical Production program. I am very into the creative arts. I've always been an artistic person, and I have always had a love for photography, carpentry and painting as a medium to express myself. Over the years, I have found myself falling more and more inlove with scenic painting at all it provides.
